Once a client has begun the onboarding process with MIDHA BACKERS, no refunds will be issued. This policy applies to all services, including promotional, transactional, and OTP messaging solutions.

Pre-Onboarding Cancellations

If a client decides to cancel their service agreement before the onboarding process has started, they may be eligible for a refund, subject to the terms agreed upon during the initial engagement. However, this is evaluated on a case-by-case basis and requires written approval from MIDHA BACKERS.

No Refund After Onboarding

After the onboarding process has commenced, all payments made are non-refundable. This includes any setup fees, monthly subscription charges, or message credits purchased.

Payment Terms

All payments are due promptly as per the agreed terms. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
